ILLIT’s Yunah and Minju to Feature on Disney Star Kylie Cantrall’s New Track ‘See U Tonight’ — Global Collaboration Drops on May 7

Yunah and Minju of the K-pop girl group ILLIT are teaming up with American singer and actress Kylie Cantrall for an exciting new global collaboration. On May 2, BELIFT LAB announced that the two ILLIT members will feature on Cantrall’s upcoming single, See U Tonight (feat. YUNAH & MINJU of ILLIT), set to be released on May 7 at 1 PM KST through major global music platforms.

This collaboration brings together two rising stars from opposite sides of the globe. Kylie Cantrall gained international attention for her lead role in the Disney+ original film Descendants: The Rise of Red, while ILLIT made history by entering both the Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Official Singles Chart Top 100 with their debut track Magnetic — a first for a rookie K-pop act. The song also sparked a viral challenge on TikTok, ranking among the platform’s top songs of the year in Korea and Japan.

The partnership was hinted at earlier through social media interactions, where Cantrall playfully commented, “Will I see u tonight ILLIT?” sparking speculation among fans. The puzzle was completed when the official collaboration was announced, confirming the chemistry between the two acts.

Cantrall, who is also an accomplished singer-songwriter, has released tracks such as Boy for a Day, Goodie Bag, and Denim, and is known for her trendy sound and vibrant social media presence. BELIFT LAB stated, “Through ‘See U Tonight,’ listeners will get a fresh glimpse of ILLIT’s musical color blended with Kylie Cantrall’s stylish charm. Expect a dynamic synergy between the artists.”

Meanwhile, ILLIT will hold their first fan concert, 2025 ILLIT GLITTER DAY IN SEOUL, on June 7–8 at Olympic Hall in Seoul. The event sold out during the presale, proving the group’s powerful ticketing draw.
